Responsibilities include:
- Handle requests proficiently and professionally
- Create / update ticketing system with issue status and document work
- Research, trouble shoot and resolve issues
- Escalate issues as needed and ensure resolution
- Coordinate with 3rd parties as needed for issue resolution
- Account setup/configuration/activation/deactivation
- Perform system checks
Ideal experience for this position includes any of the following:
- Internet/Web customer support
- Real Estate office support
- Help Desk/Technical support
The skills required for this position are:
- Exceptional oral & written communication skills
- Excellent organizational & problem solving skills
- Computer aptitude and working knowledge of the Internet, email and other common Internet-based services
- Ability to work well with people as part of a team
- Must have punctual, regular and consistent attendance
Additional skills a plus:
- Working knowledge of SQL databases
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
