What is a lead?

A realtor lead is an inquiry from a potential buyer or seller who has made an active effort to provide their information to you in return for receiving something back from your real estate website.

Do these leads come with phone number?

All these leads come with a minimum of an email and phone number.  While the vast majority will provide you with real information, you may in some instances get fake phone numbers or email.  However, the percentage of legitimate lead information is not any worse than what you currently may be experiencing from internet leads at large.  The real key to converting these leads is to follow up in a timely manner.
